Every swimmer aims to raise $2,000 for the Navy SEAL Foundation.
This is our shared fundraising goal for swimmer entry. Your $150 entry fee covers race operations; the $2,000 goal is the tribute we carry into the water for the Gold Star families and SEAL community we honor.

- ▸Kayak paddlers and spectators are not subject to this goal.

Entry fee plus a $2,000 fundraising goal benefiting the Navy SEAL Foundation. Includes timing chip, swim cap, finisher gear, after-party admission, and personal bag transport.

The Charleston Frogman Swim is a 4.1-mile open-water event. Please review the requirements below before signing up.
- 01Swimmer must be 18+ on race day.
- 02Swimmers are encouraged to raise a minimum of $2,000 for the Navy SEAL Foundation.
- 03Verifiable open-water experience (1.5+ mile event recommended).
- 04Each swimmer must have a designated kayak escort.
- 05Wetsuits optional; permitted in all categories.
- 06Mandatory pre-race safety briefing on race morning.
