Honor. Endure. Give.
A 4.1-mile open-water swim through Charleston Harbor — past The Battery, up the Ashley River, beneath the bridges — to support the families of fallen Navy SEAL warriors.
Every stroke is a salute.
The Charleston Frogman Swim raises funds for the Navy SEAL Foundation, providing immediate and ongoing support to Naval Special Warfare families and the loved ones of fallen warriors.
Swimmers, paddlers, volunteers, and spectators come together each year on Charleston's storied waterfront to remember, to endure, and to give. This is more than a race — it is a tribute carried across the harbor.
About the Foundation →Through the heart of Charleston Harbor.
Begin at the Charleston Maritime Center, swim south past White Point Gardens — The Battery — turn north up the Ashley River, beneath the James Island Connector, past the marinas, and finish at Brittlebank Pier.
