A swim born from gratitude.
The Charleston Frogman Swim was created to honor the Navy SEALs who gave everything in service to our nation — and to support the families they left behind.
Tribute carried by water.
Each year, swimmers gather on the shore of Charleston Harbor before sunrise with one purpose: to honor the warriors of Naval Special Warfare. The 4.1-mile course threads through some of America's most storied waters — The Battery, the Ashley River, the bridges of Charleston — and finishes at Brittlebank Park.
Every entry, every stroke, every dollar raised flows directly to the Navy SEAL Foundation, the official non-profit serving the Naval Special Warfare community with critical support: tragedy assistance, scholarships, family programs, and lifetime care.
We are swimmers, paddlers, volunteers, and sponsors — civilians and veterans alike — bound together by gratitude. We swim because they served. We swim because their families still carry the weight.
